Joven Lee (SUSS Finance alumnus) joined us as a Graduate Trainee in the Investment Services team within the Singapore office. As a Graduate Trainee, he was given the opportunity to rotate across different teams in the firm and had always demonstrated curiosity, determination and open-mindedness through his various roles.

Although Joven was constantly exposed to new information, while overwhelming, he had never ceased to ask questions. By doing so, he significantly expanded his knowledge of the firm, industry and roles while showing that he genuinely cared for what he did. His professionalism and tenacity in seeing through a goal despite setbacks were also key qualities valued.

An important quality of any Schroders employee is to demonstrate integrity and professionalism in everything. Joven’s professionalism, integrity and level of service/communication to internal and external stakeholders have consistently been of a high standard.
