Natasha Thazah (SUSS Human Resource Management alumna) entered Grab as a People Operations Intern in her penultimate year of school and was selected to join the Campus Recruiting team. Throughout her internship, Natasha carried a very positive learning attitude, staying focused and calm in almost every situation and taking feedback seriously. She’s extremely hands-on and doesn’t shy away from her various responsibilities. She’s also very sincere in her interaction with others. We’ve seen her grow in her capabilities and confidence as an intern to being a full-time Grabber now.
I feel that SUSS’ approach of having students perform a longer internship during the course of studies helps them be more workplace-ready.
