Wee Keng Boon (SUSS Building & Project Management alumnus) has been an asset as the Assistant General Manager at Nee Soon Town Council, under the management of C&W Services. Also serving as the Secretary for the Sustainability Committee and overseeing the various departments, he has consistently driven results collaboratively with them.

Not one to shy away from tough challenges, Keng Boon is entrusted with essential functions that highlight his strengths. He’s also a supportive and adaptive leader, guiding and assisting his subordinates in overcoming difficulties faced in the dynamic working environment.

He regularly takes the initiative in tapping into his resources and networks to develop new ideas that align well with stakeholders’ goals or resolve pertinent issues faced by our staff. This has allowed him to lead and implement projects that are firsts among all Town Councils. Recognising his competence, C&W Services nominated him for the Young FM Leader Award 2021, presented by Singapore International Facilities Management Association (SIFMA), and he won the award.
