The Master of Management programme equips business executives with essential 21st-century skills while emphasizing sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical practices.

Building on core business management principles, the curriculum offers four specialized tracks: Leadership and Innovation, AI and Digital Transformation, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility, and Human Capital and Customer Experience.

These tracks allow students to tailor their learning to their career goals, gaining comprehensive expertise in their chosen area while developing critical skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, digital literacy, communication, and leadership.

Unique Features of the Programme

  1. Four Management Tracks:
The programme offers maximum flexibility with a selection of four distinct management tracks. By choosing a specific track, students can develop specialized skills and knowledge that complement the core management curriculum, enhancing their expertise in a chosen domain while working towards their Graduate Diploma or Master's qualification.MMGT 4tracks

  2. Variety of Specialisations:
Beyond the core management tracks, the programme offers an extensive range of specialised courses to meet diverse professional needs and interests. Specialisations include Analytics and Visualisation, Digital Marketing, Financial Technology, Project Management, Human Capital Management, Sustainability Management, and many more, allowing students to customise their learning journey according to their career goals. See programme structure below for a detailed list of these specialisations.

  3. Stackable Credentials for Lifelong Learning:
The MMGT programme is designed to be stackable, aligning with the national emphasis on lifelong learning. Students have the option to graduate with a Graduate Diploma or a Master’s degree in Management, making it adaptable to their personal and professional growth needs.

Career Prospects

The programme supplements students' undergraduate area of expertise with business management knowledge and skills. The pursuit of a specialisation in an emerging discipline will dramatically increase students' employment prospects in their chosen field and help them position themselves in an increasingly ambiguous and uncertain business environment.

Programme Structure

To graduate with the Master of Management, students are required to complete 60 cu of courses. The programme is structured around two main categories: (1) Management Tracks and (2) Specialisations.

  1. Management Tracks:
This component comprises 30 cu of management courses, which include any of the following four distinct tracks*:

  2. - Leadership and Innovation
    - AI and Digital Transformation
    - Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
    - Human Capital and Customer Experience

These tracks allow students to focus on areas that align with their career goals and industry demands. It is important to note that it is not compulsory to take on these tracks.

In addition to the management courses, students will complete a Management Consulting Project (10 cu) and select Specialisation courses (20 cu). These 20 cu of Specialisation courses can also be substituted with up to 10 cu of Graduate Unrestricted Electives and/or MOOC Electives, offering further flexibility in customising their learning experience.

  3. Specialisations:
The Specialisations (30 cu) are designed to provide deeper expertise in specific fields. Options include:

Students have to maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.0 in their coursework in order to obtain the degree.

Most classes are conducted in the evenings during weekdays, enabling students to continue working during the day and attend classes in the evening.
