A 3-12 months programme supporting adults to make a career transition, empowering adults to take on a new job role with current or a new employer
SUSS Academy (SUSSA) offers SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) as a long-term programme, supporting adults in acquiring industry-relevant skills to improve employability and pivot to new sectors or job roles. This train-and-place programme is available on a part-time format, ranging from three to 12 months, with employment facilitation services incorporated.

* SUSS will aid career advisory and connect SCTP participants to government agencies and its relevant employers in their search for relevant jobs. However, SUSS cannot guarantee job placements at the end of the programme even though SUSS will make an effort to support participants in their job search.
