Provides strategic guidance, ensuring growth, good governance, and alignment with the university’s mission. Comprising distinguished leaders from various fields, the Board plays a crucial role in shaping the university’s direction and upholding the highest standards of governance.
Ms Margaret Lee is currently Group Chief Financial Officer in SingHealth, Singapore's largest cluster of healthcare institutions.  She is responsible for the financial health of SingHealth, overseeing the Cluster’s financing in all aspects, ranging from clinical care, education and research to population health initiatives. 


Ms Lee was also the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) from Mar 2017 – Feb 2023.  SCH operates Bright Vision Community Hospital, Outram Community Hospital and Sengkang Community Hospital, and brings together the management of all three community hospitals in the SingHealth cluster under one organisation structure. This allows SCH to develop the hospitals strategically, introduce new models of care, set standards in the intermediate care sector and broaden opportunities for staff development. 

Ms Lee brings with her extensive experience in managing start-up operations, not only in the set-up of SCH, but also in the set-up of the Corporate Office at National University Health System (NUHS) where she was Group Chief Financial Officer. Ms Lee is an experienced finance professional and people manager, having helmed the finance departments of National University Hospital and NUHS. Ms Lee is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
